When the license is granted
The license applies only to an eligible new Maker export created after the user owns Lifetime Maker and confirms all required rights to the source image. Each package retains the accepted license version.
What you may do
- Sell physical pieces painted or produced from your export.
- Sell the final PDF generated for that owned creation.
- Use the result in professional, educational or craft activities.
- Continue exploiting licensed exports while respecting the license after the one-time purchase.
What is not included
- Any Pixel Goods gallery image.
- Rights to a likeness, brand, character, photograph or work you do not own.
- Resale or distribution of editable projects, templates, assets, code, interface, Pixel Goods branding or software.
- A right to register or imply association with Pixel Goods or Quéven brands.
Your responsibility
You must retain permissions and proof of the original image license. Quéven does not verify ownership of imported files and may require infringing use to stop. The software license does not replace permission from the content owner.
Old packages and termination
Projects or PDFs created before accepting this license remain under the previous non-commercial license. No rights are granted retroactively. A valid license may be terminated for fraud, infringement, false ownership statements or breach of these terms.
