1. Acceptance and audience

By installing or using Pixel Goods, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The product is intended for adults and for minors under responsible adult supervision, particularly in family and educational settings.

2. What the license allows

We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app, paint and generate materials. Free Maker lets users create, play, paint and print with a watermark; the one-time Lifetime Maker purchase removes only that watermark and is not required for those flows. The software, brand, interface, source assets and gallery remain the property of Quéven or their respective licensors.

3. Pixel Goods gallery

The 200 gallery artworks stored inside the app are for personal and non-commercial educational use. You may paint, print and share an activity privately or in teaching, but you may not sell, license, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit gallery images, PDFs, grids or derivatives.

4. Content imported into Maker

You represent that you have sufficient rights to every imported image and are responsible for copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy and other third-party permissions. Do not use illegal, abusive or infringing content.

Lifetime Maker owners may receive a Maker Commercial License for eligible new exports under its specific terms. It does not apply retroactively to old packages or to the Pixel Goods gallery.

5. Free access and Maker

The 200 gallery artworks are free, work offline and stay available on the device. Saved projects can be continued or reprinted on the device.

Free Maker lets you import an owned image, play, paint and print with a watermark. Lifetime Maker removes the watermark from these flows.

6. One-time purchase

Purchase, restoration and any refund for Lifetime Maker follow App Store or Google Play rules. The Brazil reference price is R$19.90; the store price and currency shown at confirmation prevail. The purchase does not renew. See the Maker purchase details.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Copy, modify, disassemble, bypass limits or exploit vulnerabilities in the app.
  • Remove brands, notices, licenses, protections or provenance metadata.
  • Resell editable files, templates, assets, gallery PDFs or access to the service.
  • Use the product to violate laws or third-party rights.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every printer, colors identical to the screen or suitability for a specific professional purpose. Test prints and retain copies of important files.

To the extent allowed by law, Quéven liability is limited to direct damages proven to have been caused by the product, without excluding mandatory consumer warranties.

9. Termination, law and contact

We may suspend use that violates these terms, subject to consumer rights. Brazilian law applies. Questions: atendimento@queven.com.br.
