1. Who is responsible
Pixel Goods is provided by Veneri & Quellis Ltda. (Quéven), Rua Luiz Poppin, 113, Room 02, Jardim São Vicente, Piracicaba — SP, 13412-433, Brazil. For privacy matters, email atendimento@queven.com.br.
This policy applies to the Pixel Goods Android and iOS apps and to the public pages hosted at queven.com.br, which use no form, non-essential cookie, analytics or tracker.
2. Summary
Starting with version 1.1.0, Pixel Goods collects no personal data. The app has no account, no server of its own, no ads, no analytics, no campaign measurement, no advertising identifier and no tracking. The gallery ships inside the app and works offline.
Installations of version 1.0.x that have not been updated yet work as described in section 7.
3. What the app accesses on the device
- Camera and photo library, only when you choose to import an image into Maker or save a creation.
- App-generated files, including projects and PDFs, to save, open, share or print.
- Preferences, language, favorites, progress, projects, license records and the local record of the Maker purchase.
All of this is processed and stored on the device only. The image imported into Maker, its pixels, titles and projects are not sent to Quéven or to third parties.
4. Purchases
Lifetime Maker is sold directly through the App Store or Google Play. Payment happens on the store screen, and Quéven receives no card number or other payment data.
To remove the watermark and restore the purchase, the app checks with the store on the device and stores locally only the product and transaction identifiers provided by the store. This information is not sent to Quéven.
Apple and Google process payments, refunds, fraud prevention and diagnostics of their purchase systems under their own privacy policies. The official Google Play billing library relies on Google Play services components that may log technical information for Google.
5. Network connections
The app does not connect to Quéven servers. The only network communication comes from the stores, when checking the price, buying or restoring the Maker. Links to the legal and support pages open in the device browser.
If you email support, we use your email address and message content only to answer your request and meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing
Version 1.1.0 shares no data with third parties. We do not sell personal data.
7. Versions 1.0.x
Until it is updated to version 1.1.0, an installation of version 1.0.x keeps working as follows:
- The gallery is delivered through Supabase infrastructure. Searching and browsing send the search text, category, sort order and filters; technical request data may remain temporarily in provider logs for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
- The Pixel Goods Pro subscription is processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat with an anonymous purchase identifier.
- Usage analytics through Firebase Analytics (Android only) and campaign measurement through Meta (Android and iOS; on iOS, also subject to Apple tracking authorization) are optional, start off and can be revoked under Settings > Privacy. When measurement is authorized, RevenueCat may also receive device identifiers and Meta’s anonymous identifier. The TikTok SDK exists on Android only, unconfigured and inactive.
- When updating to version 1.1.0, the app deletes from the device the consent choices, analytics queues and the local subscription and daily-quota records. Data already received by providers follows their own retention and controls.
8. Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you delete it in the app, clear app data or uninstall it. Because version 1.1.0 sends no data to Quéven, there are no records from this version to delete in our systems.
Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their policies. To request access, correction, sharing information or deletion of version 1.0.x data that may be under our control, including at RevenueCat, follow the Privacy Choices page or email atendimento@queven.com.br. Never send a password, full card number or other unnecessary payment information.
9. Children and educational use
The product is presented to adults — including parents, teachers and educators — for creating and supervising activities. We do not ask children to create accounts or provide personal data. An adult should supervise camera, photo, printing and sharing features.
10. Security, changes and contact
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no system is completely immune to incidents. We will update this page after material changes and provide a new notice or consent when required.
