Privacy Choices

Starting with version 1.1.0, Pixel Goods collects no data, so there are no tracking options to configure. This page explains what changes for anyone still using version 1.0.x and how to request deletion of older data.

queven.com.br uses no form, advertising pixel, analytics tool or non-essential cookie. There is therefore no cookie preference to store on this page.

Version 1.1.0 · nothing collected

Current app

No usage analytics, campaign measurement, advertising identifier or ads. The gallery, projects and progress stay on the device, and the Maker is purchased directly through the App Store or Google Play. Under Settings > Privacy, the app confirms that no data is collected.

Version 1.0.x · off by default

Earlier versions

Usage analytics (Firebase, Android only) and campaign measurement (Meta; on iOS, also subject to the system ATT permission) remain optional and revocable under Settings > Privacy until you update. Updating to 1.1.0 deletes those choices and their local records from the device.

In the app

Update to stop using optional technologies.

  1. 1Open the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 2Update Pixel Goods to version 1.1.0 or later.
  3. 3Open the app and go to Settings.
  4. 4Tap Privacy and check “No data collected”.

Until you update, you can turn each option off under Settings > Privacy in version 1.0.x. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; data already received by a provider follows its own rules and time limits.

Data deletion

Request deletion by email, with no account required.

Version 1.1.0 sends no data to Quéven, so there is no record from this version to delete. For data from versions 1.0.x:

  1. 1Email atendimento@queven.com.br with the subject “Pixel Goods data deletion”.
  2. 2State whether you use Android or iOS and that you want the data associated with your installation or purchase deleted.
  3. 3To locate the correct record, support may ask for the anonymous installation or purchase identifier and, for an older purchase, the Apple or Google order number or proof of purchase. Never send a password, full card number or other unnecessary payment information.
  4. 4After confirming the match, Quéven will delete anonymous technical data under its control and request or perform deletion of the linked RevenueCat record, including the associated identifiers and purchase history.
  5. 5Support will confirm completion and explain if any record must be retained for the period necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting or anti-fraud obligations.

Records and any charges from version 1.0.x remain subject to the App Store, Google Play and providers used by that version. The 1.1.0 lifetime purchase does not renew.
